Export files

Downloads come from the current draft or the specific saved release you opened. A draft download can be unreviewed. Save and open a release when you need a preserved version.

Text formats

Plain text joins the content blocks. Markdown includes the asset title and basic heading, quote, or ordered-thread structure. HTML is a self-contained, script-free document you can open in a browser and print. Browser print settings and installed fonts affect the final page layout.

HTML includes the collection brand and a draft or release label. HTML and Markdown omit the private evidence appendix by default. Enable that option only when you intend to include source excerpts, source names, and review notes.

Quote cards

Quote cards export as actual PNG images: square 1080 × 1080, portrait 1080 × 1350, or wide 1600 × 900. Choose a light or dark card style, an accent, and an optional attribution. The renderer reduces font size within a bounded range, then rejects content that will not fit legibly. It does not silently truncate text. Check the final image and add meaningful alternative text when publishing it.

Timed captions

SRT and WebVTT exports retain start and end times in milliseconds. Start times must be nondecreasing; overlaps are allowed. You can edit timings in the block editor. Keep them aligned to your recording and test the output in your destination player. Text-only sources do not acquire invented timings. Subtitle downloads remove blank lines around and within each cue, since a blank line ends a subtitle cue. Nonblank indentation and wording stay intact; stored drafts and saved releases keep their original text.

Private records

The source-record CSV includes block wording, exact cited excerpts, source names, speaker/timing fields, and reviewer notes. The release manifest includes asset metadata, reviewer names, release notes, and source-text fingerprints. Neither is a public social-post file. A workspace backup also includes raw source text and all collections.

Publishing is your final step

The preview does not connect to social accounts, schedule posts, send newsletters, or verify platform limits. Review rights, accuracy, destination formatting, and private content before you share a download.
